Support IDEFOCS

We are always grateful for outside support as it pursues financial independence. For much of its fundraising and outreach, IDEFOCS works with the US-based NGO Helping Hugs for Children. All donations to IDEFOCS and the RILO School go through the donor box on the Helping Hugs website. Simply enter an amount, and leave us a friendly comment to note if there is a specific item you’d like your gift to buy. Below are also some rough pricings to give potential donors an idea of what it takes to make a tangible difference in the RILO school day:

• Monthly Teacher Salary: $75 USD
• Monthly Teaching Staff Salary: $1,050
• School Uniforms: $12.50/student
• Backpacks: $80 for bulk order of 24 elementary school packs
• Composition Notebooks: $40 for 10 notebooks
• Teaching tables and chairs: $350 for 14 tables and 14 chairs
• Pencils: $40 for 500 pencils
• Pencil Sharpeners: $10 for 72 pencil sharpeners
• Pens: $40 for 400 ink pens
